DESCRIPTION:Termine\, per i soggetti che hanno stipulato contratti di affitto di fondi rustici\, per: \nregistrare cumulativamente i contratti di affitto dei fondi rustici\, non formati per atto pubblico o scrittura privata autenticata\, stipulati nel corso del 2023 tra le stesse parti;\nversare la relativa imposta. \nResta ferma la possibilità di registrare singolarmente ogni contratto ed è altresì possibile registrare singolarmente alcuni contratti e registrare cumulativamente tutti gli altri.\nIn caso di registrazione cumulativa\, la base imponibile è costituita dalla somma delle basi imponibili dei singoli contratti.
