DESCRIPTION:Termine per regolarizzare: \nl’infedele presentazione del modello 770/2022;\nl’omessa effettuazione delle ritenute\, o l’omessa applicazione delle imposte sostitutive\, sui redditi corrisposti (o maturati) nel 2022;\nl’omesso\, insufficiente o tardivo versamento delle ritenute operate\, o delle imposte sostitutive applicate\, nel 2022. \nPossono essere regolarizzate anche le violazioni commesse:  \nnel 2021\, con riduzione delle sanzioni ad un settimo del minimo;\nnelle annualità antecedenti\, con riduzione delle sanzioni ad un sesto del minimo. \nIl ravvedimento operoso si perfeziona mediante:  \nil versamento delle ritenute o delle imposte sostitutive non versate\, degli interessi legali e delle sanzioni ridotte previste per le diverse violazioni;\nla presentazione delle eventuali dichiarazioni integrative.
