DESCRIPTION:Termine per presentare all’INPS\, in via telematica\, l’apposita dichiarazione per fruire per il 2024 del regime contributivo agevolato\, in caso di nuova attività iniziata nel 2023.L’agevolazione: \nriguarda i soli imprenditori individuali che applicano il regime forfetario ex L. 190/2014;\nconsiste in una riduzione del 35% della contribuzione ordinariamente dovuta alle Gestioni artigiani e commercianti. \nIn relazione ai soggetti che hanno già beneficiato del regime agevolato per il 2023\, l’agevolazione si applicherà anche nel 2024: \nove permangano i requisiti;\nsalvo espressa rinuncia del beneficiario.
